How to Send a Fax from a Xerox MFP via etherFAX:
- From the panel screen, select the “server fax” icon which comes native with the Xerox MFP.
- Input the recipient’s fax address, then press the “add” icon.
- When you are ready to send, press the green “start” button. Documents are then fed through the fax machine, uploaded and transferred.
- To look at the progress and status of the fax transfer, click the “job status” button.
- Once the job is complete, you will receive a printed delivery confirmation in addition to the delivery confirmation notification that will appear on the panel screen.
