As Chief Architect, Robert Blackin oversees the development and implementation of ETHERFAX’s technical vision. Robert started his career with AT&T holding a variety of positions. He then moved into data warehousing where he was a sales engineer for Red Brick Systems. From there he was in charge of telecom billing, provisioning and affiliate programs and other telecom-related functions for VoiceNet/Viatel followed by Exprimer and then at IDT. Robert then moved into the consumer SAAS world as VP of Engineering at BlogTalkRadio/Cinchcast where he helped grow the company from a startup to 6 million visitors per day. In his last position, he was CTO of the security startup SecurityScorecard where he helped grow the company from 5 employees to 50. Robert holds an MBA in Management of Technology from NJIT and BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University.
