This year’s ETHERFAX Partner Summit in Austin, TX was truly inspiring. The event was packed with engaging presentations, informative discussions, and many opportunities for nearly 40 of our key partners to connect, network, and collaborate.
We kicked off the Partner Summit with a quick look in the rearview mirror. Our CEO and co-founder, Paul Banco, shared how far we’ve come since the last summit in 2023, noting our award-winning brand refresh, our achievements in building our ETHERFAX GovCloud network, and our progress toward FedRAMP® High certification, which we have officially achieved! But even with all the accomplishments over the past two years, Paul reaffirmed our continued focus on AI and workflow automation to better support our partners and customers.
Dr. Patrick Gentempo then gave our opening keynote, sharing how successful companies must identify their core values and north star purpose to “stand in their brand.” On top of that, companies must not fall into the trap of complacency. Using a phoenix metaphor, Dr. Gentempo shared how companies must be willing to burn down what they’ve built to come back stronger and more powerful in the long run. This message resonated deeply and had strong ties to subsequent sessions.
Our CTO and co-founder, Robert Cichielo, shared how our team has been redesigning the services and components of the ETHERFAX network to meet our partners and customers’ evolving needs. He shared the many technical achievements that ETHERFAX has incorporated since our last Partner Summit, and he demonstrated that we are not afraid to evolve our solutions when there’s opportunity for improvement or greater efficiency. Most importantly, Rob shared a glimpse into our 2026 product strategy with key product enhancements the team will be rolling out next year.
Building on our goals for the new year, Tony Edelen, Director of Partner and Customer Success at ETHERFAX, shared how his partner success team will be focused on strengthening relationships with our existing partners and providing direct feedback channels and greater resources to expand these partnerships.
In the afternoon, partners were able to choose from a series of product and demonstration sessions.
ETHERFAX Systems Engineer Chris Haycox and Director of Support and Technical Operations Ryan Collins provided an in-depth look into the ETHERFAX Remote Integration Service (ERIS™). Chris discussed how ERIS enables partners to easily extend a customer’s faxing to the cloud and ensure high availability across all environments—a key part of our mission to make document exchange faster and more dependable than ever.
Chris Castellano, Technical Product Specialist at ETHERFAX, also dove into how companies can use Microsoft Teams or email faxing with Microsoft Outlook or Google Workspace to allow administrative staff to fax right from their desktop. These integrations can be leveraged to fit into existing workflows without requiring end users to switch between applications.
Another highlight from the Partner Summit was hearing Ben Manning, Director of Product Management at ETHERFAX, discuss how AI and intelligent document processing (IDP) reduce the high cost of manual labor. Ben showcased how ETHERFAX’s AI Insights delivers richer data for customers and improves accuracy and efficiency in document workflows, particularly in the healthcare industry.
Beyond the sessions, the Partner Summit was a chance to see the creativity and innovation that our partners bring to the table. Partner companies also showcased their own integrations with ETHERFAX, demonstrating just how powerful our partner ecosystem has become.
We’d like to extend a special thank you to our amazing sponsors for their generous support and involvement in this year’s Partner Summit: Canon, CompliancePoint, FaxCore, Hyland, Ingenium Software, Lane, NBC Communications, Ricoh Document Scanners, and Weave Cloud Solutions. Your commitment to partnership is what makes these gatherings so successful.
As I reflect on this year’s Partner Summit, I’m inspired by the energy, ideas, and collaboration we experienced together. The conversations we shared about the future of cloud technology, secure document exchange, and workflow automation are shaping where we go next together.
Here at ETHERFAX, we’re proud of what we have accomplished with our partners, and we are even more excited about what’s to come. Thank you to everyone who joined us in Austin. Here’s to many more years of innovation, partnership, and shared success.
