etherFAX is proud to announce the launch of our new customer portal. It has been redesigned to incorporate a new user interface and responsive layout in order to optimize our user experience across all types of devices.
The modernized look is extremely lightweight and allows for us to better customize the interface for each customer and respond to future requests and modifications.
Our new and improved reporting system provides more comprehensive viewing of fax activity. New reports have been added to better understand data. New reports have been added to better understand data. Additionally, stored procedures have been rewritten, providing faster and more comprehensive reports.
We have expanded our search function in order to make information retrieval more granular. In addition to the standard daily/monthly queries, searches can now be performed by tags, GUID, number termination and origination.
We will continue to improve the functionality and user experience to make it easy to manage all your business-critical electronic fax communications.
