Jennifer Greco

National Account Manager

As National Account Manager at etherFAX, Jennifer Greco is responsible for managing strategic enterprise accounts. Jennifer began working with etherFAX in 2019 and has since built strong relationships between customers, partners, and resellers. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Kean University. When she’s not at the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her three daughters.

Quinn Corey

Director of Business Development | Channel Chief

As Director of Business Development and Channel Chief, Quinn is responsible for analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities for etherFAX. Before etherFAX, Quinn worked with Dialogic to provide communications platforms and technology to enterprise and service provider markets. He has also been a part of teams at VIACK Corporation and Captaris.

Emil Sturniolo

Chief Security Officer

As Chief Security Officer at etherFAX, Emil is responsible for managing etherFAX’s security risks as well as ensuring compliance with industry security standards and best practices. Emil is a recognized and respected authority on Internet base networking and security technologies. Emil began developing Internet/communications-based solutions in 1981 and worked with many of the original members of the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) to develop the Internet into the worldwide computer network it is today. He holds over 45 patents related to communications and security, with many more domestic and international applications still pending.

Chris Haycox

Systems Engineer

Chris Haycox is a fax industry veteran with a focus on designing and supporting scalable cloud infrastructure. As Systems Engineer, he helps manage etherFAX’s data center operations, carrier relationships, daily client issues and technical on-boarding.

Prior to etherFAX, Chris helped build a small startup into a leading fax SaaS provider at MetroFax, and worked as an infrastructure lead helping to manage thousands of servers globally with Epiq.

Kate Rosario

LNP Coordinator

Kate Rosario has been with etherFAX since 2013. As a Local Number Portability (LNP) Coordinator, Rosario is responsible for the successful transmission of all customer port requests, carrier relations, customer services, fax number inventory management, the coordination of port orders, and the management of etherFAX port out requests. Kate is also etherFAX’s International LNP representative, responsible for handling all international ports.

Jennifer Desa

LNP Assistance Representative

Jennifer Desa has worked in the cloud-based fax telephony industry for more than seven years. In 2015, she joined etherFAX as a Local Number Portability (LNP) Assistance Representative. Jennifer is responsible for the successful ordering and provisioning of domestic DID orders, confirming portability checks, completing customer port requests, and providing exceptional customer service.

James Dennison

Systems Engineer

As Systems Engineer, James Dennison provides installation and technical support for all EtherFAX integrations, with a specialty in RightFax. He also provides back-end maintenance and tier 1 support for the etherFAX infrastructure.

Prior to joining etherFAX, James spent a year as a SharePoint Analyst at Precise Systems, Inc. He also worked with OpenText as a Technical Account Manager where he managed up to 10 enterprise accounts in all aspects of support.

Dennison graduated from Kenyon College where he majored in Biology. He volunteers with his local Rescue Squad as a certified EMT, and is an active leader in his two sons’ Cub Scout pack.

Ryan Collins

Director of Support & Tech Ops

Ryan Collins manages the day-to-day functions of the etherFAX support team. Ryan provides escalation assistance, advanced fax call analysis, and ensures that all concerns are handled with complete satisfaction. He also manages data center and infrastructure operations, carrier relationships, and plays an integral role in the technical onboarding of new partners and ISVs.

Previously, Ryan was a Product Specialist at GFI Software where he worked with engineering and product management teams to resolve critical product issues and make improvements for future releases. He attended the College of Engineering at North Carolina State University.

Ken Romo

Director of Global Sales

As Director of Global Sales at etherFAX, Romo plans and executes business strategies, develops new market channels and builds relationships with sales managers, customers, and industry leaders. He is highly trained in computer systems with an understanding of user requirements and market trends. Romo also has vast experience with branding and introducing new products.

With over 25 years of programming experience, Ken has extensive knowledge of integrating new technologies into mission-critical Fortune 100/500 corporate business systems. Prior to etherFAX, he worked at OpenText for over 17 years as a Senior Sales Engineer and Solutions Architect.

Robert Blackin

Chief Architect

Robert Blackin started his career with AT&T holding a variety of positions. He then moved into data warehousing where he was a sales engineer for Red Brick Systems. From there he was in charge of telecom billing, provisioning and affiliate programs and other telecom-related functions for VoiceNet/Viatel followed by Exprimer and then at IDT. Robert then moved into the consumer SAAS world as VP of Engineering at BlogTalkRadio/Cinchcast where he helped grow the company from a startup to 6 million visitors per day. In his last position, he was CTO of the security startup SecurityScorecard where he helped grow the company from 5 employees to 50. Robert holds a BSEE and an MBA.

Sharon Armao

LNP Manager

Sharon Armao has worked in the fax server industry for more than 15 years. She began her career at Optus Software Inc. in the sales department in the 1990s and continued on to work as a Customer Service Manager for emFAST, LLC in 2003 and joined etherFAX in 2012.

Sharon specializes in Local Number Portability (LNP) management. At etherFAX, she is responsible for the successful transmission of all customer port orders, LNP training on processes to new etherFAX partners, fax number inventory management, carrier relations, and customer services. She also assists in inside sales and the coordination of port orders.

Chisholm Tucker

National Account Manager

Chisholm Tucker has been with etherFAX since 2014. As National Account Manager, Chisholm is responsible for managing strategic accounts which include ISVs and the etherFAX reseller channel. She began her technology career in 2009 as an IT product manager. Chisholm’s dynamic and extensive technology background serves as a basis for leadership and the primary liaison between customer and partner requests with the purpose of enhancing their etherFAX experience.

Robert Cichielo

CTO and Co-Founder

As CTO of etherFAX, Robert is responsible for the company’s technology roadmap, security and governance policies, as well as all patent/intellectual property-related matters. Cichielo holds many patents in the fields of telecommunications, image recognition as well as highly sophisticated encryption systems. He remains active in the security sector and currently serves as CIO for Protected Mobility, a privately held mobile application security company based in Virginia. An avid fan of motorsports, Robert is CEO of N2 Track days, providing a structured riding environment for sport-bike riders of all levels and promoting motorcycle safety through advanced instruction on a closed-course racetrack.

Paul Banco

CEO and Co-Founder

As CEO of etherFAX, Paul is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and leads technology development, including the patented etherFAX and etherFAX SEN intellectual property. Paul helped organizations automate their fax server operations.

As a visionary, he identified the need to leverage the cloud for secure document delivery and co-founded etherFAX in 2009 with other telecom industry veterans.
