How etherFAX UM connect Works

Outbound

Inbound

A fax call is submitted to Exchange 2010. Exchange recognizes a fax tone and immediately hands off the fax call to etherFAX Exchange UM connector software. Upon completion of the transmission etherFAX connect initiates a secure channel with the etherFAX data center, where the fax is either delivered to your local fax server and or a recipient of your choice.
